We begin by grading the area to ensure proper drainage away from your home and eliminate low spots that collect water. We Harley rake the surface to create a smooth, debris-free seedbed, then install sod in tight, staggered rows for seamless coverage. We can also perform seed bed prep for clients who prefer to hydroseed or broadcast seed rather than install sod — leaving a perfectly prepared surface for quick, even germination.
